Job Summary
Times Fiberfill Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer/Project Engineer/Design Engineer with expertise in Contractor billing, Site supervision & Autocad to join our team. The role involves managing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution, and handling contractor billing and project cost analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in site management, and a solid understanding of contractor billing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management

1. Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
2. Monitor work progress, resolve on-site challenges, and report updates to stakeholders.

Contractor Billing and Documentation

1. Prepare, verify, and process contractor bills in accordance with project timelines and budgets.
2. Check contractor measurements, quantities, and rates to ensure accuracy.
3. Reconcile materials issued and consumed, and ensure proper documentation.
4. Maintain records for contractor payments, work orders, and progress reports.

Project Coordination

1. Track and manage resources, labor, and materials at the site.

Budget and Cost Control

1. Monitor project budgets and track costs to ensure financial compliance.
2. Prepare and submit reports on material usage, work progress, and billing status.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a Mechanical Engineer.

Experience

• Minimum 1- 5 years of experience in civil site supevision and contractor billing and AutoCAD 2d/3d.
• Prior experience in industrial, Interior or manufacturing projects is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
• Sound knowledge of contractor billing, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for construction billing is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
