Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Admin to join our team and support the smooth functioning of HR and administrative operations. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee records, recruitment coordination, and policy implementation, while fostering a positive workplace environment. As a key part of our growing company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Update internal HR databases and portals, including timesheets and project data.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, absences, schedules).
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including profile shortlisting, interview scheduling, screening, and onboarding.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-office events to foster employee engagement.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, and reports with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with vendors for effective management and timely delivery of services.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings and maintaining office supplies.
  • Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Admin or in a similar role.
  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, and reporting).
  • Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal communication and good written communication skills.
  • Ability to draft professional documents, including letters, emails, and meeting minutes.
  • Flexibility to handle a mix of HR and administrative tasks.
  • Proven ability to organize and conduct virtual and in-office events.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ideal Candidate Background


The ideal candidate for the HR Admin role will possess:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an HR Admin role, supporting HR and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in written communication, including drafting emails, letters, and reports.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations. Comfortable with HR systems and databases.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a structured workflow.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to handle both administrative and HR tasks, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
