Job Description
- Taking ownership of operational processes to support the QR partnerships team in achieving strategic goals.
- Managing and optimizing workflows for seamless collaboration and timely execution of partnership deliverables.
- Analyzing and interpreting large data sets to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Developing, maintaining, and refining dashboards with detailed performance metrics and visualizations for the QR partnerships.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline data management, reporting, and analysis processes.
- Leveraging Advanced Excel, SQL , and data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards that guide strategic decisions.
- Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on operational initiatives.
- Utilizing tools like Looker Studio to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven 4 - 7 years experience in operations management, preferably within the fintech space.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Looker, etc.).
- Experience with dashboarding and MIS development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
