Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the e-commerce, retail, and other industries requiring regular courier services.
• Product Presentation: Clearly present and explain Tekiposts courier aggregation services to prospective clients.
• Lead Generation: Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and digital channels.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress, leads, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.Role & responsibilities

Qualification:

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, courier services, or related industries.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: Base salary with performance-based incentives.
