Job Description

Is a Subject Matter Expert for Adobe platforms, who serves as an integral part of the Marketing Technology team. This individual is expected to leverage a deep understanding of Adobe suite to provide solutions for challenges encountered by the team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Develop a deep understanding of the challenges that the enterprise teams face.
Define and advocate for a product roadmap.
Inform day-to-day product management, including cross-functional coordination with our Design and Program Management team to see new features through from concept to delivery, to production.
Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct system audit and cleanup efforts for improving overall system operation.
Perform consultant role for Adobe product-related inquiries, providing expert-level guidance and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe ecosystem, working closely with various technical teams as necessary.
Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and enhancements to Adobe products and proactively share this information with relevant stakeholders.
Build compelling cases, user stories and product requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to realize this vision by working hand-in-hand with teams.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Work with early adopters and power users to find opportunities for quick iterations and continuous improvements.
Demonstrate customer empathy every day.
