Position: AGM Sales/Sales Head

Reporting Manager: Director Sales & Marketing

Location: HSR, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate, and drive the sales team
• Showcase our projects in an appealing fashion
• Develop healthy relationships with clients to engage them and gain their trust
• Handle negotiations for final sales closures
• Stay constantly updated with new marketing techniques in the industry to ensure the latest practices
• Prepare timely periodic reports to document workflow and progress to senior management
• Work with other departments to improve the sales funnel and overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline

2) Relevant Experience: 8 14 years
