About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead and contribute to innovative projects leveraging advanced AI and machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate will have expertise in applying the Agentic Framework, Dynamic Behavior Modeling, and conducting Applied R&D to solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, refine, and implement models using advanced techniques such as LLM, LAMS, SLM, and RAG.
• Lead the design and application of the Agentic Framework for real-world problem-solving.
• Conduct Dynamic Behavior Modeling to predict and simulate behavior patterns in various domains.
• Perform Applied R&D to create innovative AI and ML solutions.
• Work with large datasets, utilizing Deep Learning and Machine Learning to build and optimize predictive models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
• Publish research findings and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience: 8-9 years of proven experience in Data Science and AI-driven projects.
• Strong proficiency in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
• Expertise in Agentic Framework and its practical applications.
• Demonstrated ability to implement Dynamic Behavior Modeling in complex scenarios.
• Advanced understanding of LLM, LAM’S, SLM, and RAG methodologies.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
