The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Marketing:
- Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Business Development:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company's growth objectives.
Sales:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and grow the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a high conversion rate from leads to customers.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and synergy in growth efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior growth role within the HRTech industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing, business development, and sales principles.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be willing and fit enough to travel for business needs.
- Proficiency in using growth and marketing analytics tools.
