Data Scientist

Job Description

Experience: 4-6 years

Objective:
Develop production-ready code for an advanced AI/ML-based project from scratch.

Key Requirements:

1. Technologies and Frameworks:
• PyTorch for ML model development.
• Hands-on with NLP, LLMs
• LangChain and LangGraph for building scalable RAG pipelines.
• Web APIs, Vector DBs (like pinecone/chromadb/Qdrant/FAISS etc.,) for integration with frontend and backend systems.
2. Skillset Needed:
• Proficiency in RAG: Implementing RAG pipelines, working with large-scale embeddings, and improving retrieval accuracy.
• Strong Machine Learning and NLP background.
• Experience in full-stack development to ensure seamless integration of the RAG backend with the frontend.
3. Team and Collaboration:
• Engineer will be in close collaboration with the Europe team on web API and full-stack aspects.
• AI and backend development responsibilities will be managed by our team and will be collaborating with researchers within the team.
4. Educational Qualifications:
• Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
