Production Manager - Rebar Mill in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee the operations of our Rebar Mill in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel manufacturing, particularly in rebar production, and will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee the entire production process of the rebar mill, ensuring that production targets are met within the specified timelines and budget.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as output, quality, and downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the steel manufacturing industry, with a focus on rebar production.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
