Quantity Surveyor role with a leading Infrastructure company.

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor - Planning to manage cost estimation,

project scheduling, and contract administration for our residential and infrastructure

projects in Maldives. The candidate must have expertise in

SAP, Primavera (P6), and MS Project for effective project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) and MS Project.

• Prepare and monitor budgets, cost estimation, and cash flow reports.

• Conduct quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis for residential and

infrastructure projects.

• Implement cost control strategies to ensure adherence to budgets.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams for material and

service requirements.

• Track and manage claims, variations, and contract administration.

• Utilize SAP for financial reporting, procurement, and material tracking.

• Ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and regulatory

standards.

• Provide progress reports and cost control insights to management and stakeholders.

• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for project cost overruns and delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction .

Management.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential and infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project for scheduling and planning.

• Strong knowledge of contract management (FIDIC preferred) and claims handling.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Primavera / SAP / PMP is a plus.

• Experience in high-rise residential and large-scale infrastructure projects.
