Head - Digital Transformation (15-23 yrs)

Introduction:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Transformation to lead our organization's digital initiatives in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in digital

transformation, business operations, and technology-driven innovation. This role requires a strong engineering background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy tailored to enhance the customer journey in real estate, from identifying properties to handover and beyond.

- Customer Journey Optimization: Design and oversee initiatives that improve the customer experience throughout the entire property acquisition process. This includes enhancing interactions from initial property searches to post-handover support.

- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Ensure that all projects align with the customer journey framework.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate the vision for digital transformation in real estate and secure buy-in for initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
