- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements within various micro-markets
- Develop and implement targeted marketing plans and strategies
- Plan, manage and execute various marketing, advertising, events, promotions and PR activities
- Monitor, review, measure and report the effectiveness of all marketing communication activities
- Determine and manage the marketing budget with focus on cost and quality
- Deliver marketing collaterals, with focus on timely delivery of content and quality within budget
- Create innovative and powerful marketing strategies and presentations
- Liaise with print / outdoor for branding and advertising
- Collaborate with the sales function to understand specific targets and requirements
