Analyst - F&B/Retail Sector (2-6 yrs)

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Analyst with a strong background in the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will either have consulting experience in the sector (e.g., McKinsey, Bain).

This role will involve in-depth market analysis, strategic planning, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the F&B/Retail sectors.

- Analyse industry trends, consumer behaviour, and operational efficiencies.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.

- Analyze financial performance and key metrics to provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

- Support strategic projects related to business expansion, product innovation, and operational improvements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the F&B/Retail sectors.

Qualifications and Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in F&B/Retail consulting

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- A proactive and self-motivated mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in strategy consulting for the F&B/Retail sector or roles in corporate strategy, business analysis, or operational management within a leading brand.

- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field from a reputed institution.
