HR Transformation Leader (Includes International Travel)
The incumbent on the said role shall be an integral member of the leadership team and the Global HR team of ECU, working as a strategic partner to the Group CHRO and business heads. This role shall be responsible for Driving PMS, Process Streamlining, HR transformation, Change Management and HR initiatives that will support entire ECU. HR Transformation leader will be reporting to the Group CHRO and work closely with all the leaders and stakeholders for ECU. The role spans across geographies globally.
1. Performance Management: Developing, implementing and driving performance management policies and procedures. Monitoring the effectiveness of performance management programs and making adjustments as necessary. Providing coaching and feedback to employees to improve performance.
2. Process Streamlining: Streamlining all HR processes, policies and implementing HR Technology Solutions, Develop and execute a strategy to modernize HR processes and systems, leveraging technology to optimize efficiency.
3. Strategic Transformation: Lead the HR transformation roadmap, defining key initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes
4. HRMS: Oversee the design and implementation HR systems and technology solutions, including HRIS, HR automation, improving various and recruitment platforms, to provide insights and streamline decision-making.
5. Change Management: Drive change initiatives across the organization by building a culture that supports innovation and adaptability, working closely with senior stakeholders to implement transformation initiatives. Bring in change from current to next level.
6. Employee Experience Enhancement: Redesign HR processes to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience; act as a key advocate for employee-centric strategies.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across geographies to ensure integration of HR initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
8. Leadership Development: Develop and implement scalable leadership and talent development programs that align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement for ECU.
- A postgraduate from a reputed institute with 15+ years or more in HR management with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on HR transformation.
- Extensive track record of partnering successfully with senior leadership in a creative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work at a strategic level, but also function at a tactical level.
- Proven success in operating within a matrixed organization, with experience of influencing and motivating an indirect team across geographies, sharing best practice, and helping to steer initiatives without direct control.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale HR transformation projects and implementing innovative HR technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital HR tools, analytics, and employee experience methodologies.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and work effectively with executive teams.
