We're hiring Team Lead-Employee Experience (HRMS) for our client at Mumbai location!!!
Job Description :
1. Work closely with HRMS service provider and ensure smooth functioning of the platform. Act as a bridge between Raymond and the service provider and ensure smooth adoption and functioning of platform.
2. Proactively benchmark other HRMS service providers and identify areas of development in the existing platform.
3. Understand gaps in Employee experience.
4. Work closely with alliances partners and ensure that the alliance service providers (assessments, recruitment etc.) are integrated with the platform.
5. Ensure Data sanctity and integrity.
6. Conduct periodic audit and system efficiency. Ensure system usage on real time basis.
Skills :
1. Ability to marry Raymond people process with HRMS platform.
2. Good understanding of HR Processes.
3. Should understand and can create good employee experience.
4. Should understand automation. Should have Digital first mindset.
5. Should be a good influencer and be sensitive to employee needs
