Compression Machine Operator

Role & responsibilities

1. Daily production qty. update with rejected qty.in stock register.

2. Daily moulding rejection qty. physically verifies and after counting keeps it at the proper place to avoid mixing.

3. Daily meeting with senior regarding work distribution and full days work planning.

4. As per instruction of senior in charge / supervisor plan for mould unloading and loading. Inform plant head while loading and unloading.

5. After every mould unloading do the proper storage of mould.

6. After mould load do the mould clamping properly and confirm with senior incharge.

7. After every new lot of production start; check the first piece visually as per sample and continue production.

8. Do the checking for running production in minimum 2 hours frequency.

9. If there is power failure immediately switches off the main switches of control panel and machines.

10. Do the raw material unloading under observation.

11. Keep the raw material as per batch no. to avoid mixing.

12. Follow the FIFO system to storage the raw material and do the proper storage of raw material as per safety.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or experienced in Compression moulding for 2 years on machine
