Must Skills -

• The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing proposals for technical systems and integrated high-value programs.
• The candidate should be proficient in comprehending programs related to new technologies.
• Experience in preparing proposals for government tenders and defense sectors.
• The candidate must be highly proficient in Excel for creating formula-based financial bids.
• The candidate must have a strong understanding of end-to-end tendering processes, particularly in the government and defense sectors.
• Excellent ability to read and analyze complex RFP/RFQ/Tender documents.
• Familiarity with e-procurement portals like CPPP, GeM, Defence and state portals.
• The candidate should have knowledge of bid-related documentation such as EMD, BG, LC, IPBG, DSC, etc.

Must Soft Skills:

The candidate must have strong English writing and speaking skills.

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with a self-motivated and result-oriented approach.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other commonly used IT tools.

Education - B Tech in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Experience - Minimum 8+ years of experience in Tendering, Bid Management.
