Position Open for Front Office GSA and F&B Service

Experience : Fresher with Hotel Management Background.

Communication : Good Communication in English.

Roles and Responsibilities

GSA -Front Office Role

• Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest requests, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay at a hotel or similar establishment, essentially acting as the first point of contact for guests at the front desk.

GSA - F&B Role

• Ensure smooth operation of food and beverage services, including steward activities such as setting up stations, serving guests, and cleaning up after meals.
  
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the hotel's F&B areas.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring prompt delivery of food and drinks.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless operations during peak periods or special events.
  
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report any discrepancies to management.
