Senior Manager, CRM Data Operations

What is the role
The CRM Data Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the management of CRM data across the organization and striving for excellence with that data towards pipeline generation efforts. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, enrichment, and accessibility of account, contact, and lead data within the CRM system. The position also includes managing relationships with data providers and ensuring seamless integration with other tools to support the company s marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
