Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee travel expense reports, approvals, and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and guidelines.
• Handle FMS Travel system for booking, tracking, and reporting travel expenses.
• Work on budgeting and cost optimization for corporate travel.
• Collaborate with finance and HR teams for expense audits and approvals.
• Resolve discrepancies or disputes related to travel and expense claims.
• Generate and analyze expense reports to provide insights on travel spending.
• Support employees with expense submissions and policy clarifications.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Travel & Expense Management.
• Hands-on experience with FMS Travel system.
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to join immediately.
