Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of SDLC, programming principles, combined with empirical professional experience into innovative solutions for next generation software applications.
• Develop, implement, document libraries, frameworks and APIs that allow us to effectively scale development on our applications across multiple projects as common services or components, within scope, cost, time & quality constraints.
• Build quality into agile product lifecycle encompassing requirements, design, code, testing, delivery, support.
• Collaborate in the product lifecycle with senior engineers, development managers, and product managers.
• Support our products, identify and fix root causes of production incidents, contribute to troubleshooting and resolution of support issues.
• Participate in discovery, solutioning, monitoring, and incident response/resolution.
• Demonstrate data-driven analysis and pragmatic decision making aligned with business and technology needs.
• Differentiate between immediate needs vs long term solutions.
• Challenge yourself and the team to stay current with the latest technology trends.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors or Associate’s in Computer Science or applicable experience.
• 2-15 years of relevant work experience.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
• Strong communication, partnership, teamwork skills required.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, SQL, web programming, design patterns, SOLID principles.
