Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RFP Associate with a strong background in the capital markets domain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) process, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to client inquiries. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, asset management, and investment strategies, combined with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. RFP Management:

Coordinate and manage the entire RFP and RFI process from initiation to submission.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, legal, compliance, marketing, and sales, to gather accurate and relevant information.

Customize responses to address client-specific requirements while maintaining brand consistency.

2. Content Development:

Maintain and update a comprehensive database of responses, templates, and key information.

Draft, edit, and proofread RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the organization's messaging.

Develop new content to address emerging trends or client needs in the capital markets.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

4. Market Insights:

Stay informed about trends in the capital markets and asset management industry.

Incorporate insights into proposals to showcase thought leadership and a competitive edge.

5. Project Management:

Prioritize and manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards throughout the process.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

4–5 years of experience in RFP/RFI roles within the capital markets, asset management, or investment domain.

Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and industry terminology.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in RFP management tools (e.g., Qvidian, Loopio) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry is a plus.

Experience working with institutional and retail investors is an advantage.
