Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Route to Market (RTM) Practice Lead to join our consulting team. This leadership role will focus on developing and implementing innovative RTM strategies for our clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and distribution channels, and will be adept at leveraging this knowledge to drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Development:
- Lead the development and evolution of the Route to Market/Offline Commerce practice, defining the strategic vision and goals.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the market to enhance the practice's methodologies and tools.
Delivery Management:
- Oversee the delivery of consulting services by ensuring adherence to established quality standards and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback and concerns, proactively addressing issues to enhance client satisfaction and ensure successful project outcomes.
Capability Development:
- Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and ensure that training initiatives align with the evolving needs of the business and industry trends.
- Assist in identifying/preparing the appropriate courses/trainings to upskill consultants
- Maintain a comprehensive skill map for consultants and utilize this mapping to effectively allocate resources to projects, ensuring that the right expertise is applied to meet client needs and drive successful outcomes.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts within the RTM practice, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Establish partnerships with product partners, technology providers, and other stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
Thought Leadership:
- Contribute to the firms intellectual property by developing white papers, case studies, and presentations that reflect the practice's insights and expertise.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, webinars, and seminars as a subject matter expert in Route to Market strategies.
Pre-Sales:
- Lead the creation and delivery of customized proposals, POCs etc. for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives for RTM leads
Requirements
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in General Mgmt., Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in consulting, marketing, or sales strategy, with a focus on Route to Market models.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful RTM strategies for diverse clients.
- Proven ability to interact and influence CXO level stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentations skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
