Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring a seamless experience and repeat business
• Onboard new domestic apparel brands by leveraging Thimblerrs innovative solutions to meet their sourcing needs.
  
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of client orders.
  
• Troubleshoot client issues proactively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  
• Present Thimblerrs services, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  
• Monitor fashion trends and market demands to better address client requirements.
  

Requirements

• 7-10 years of proven experience in business development within a buying house or B2B garment manufacturing company.
  
• Strong understanding of the fashion supply chain and sourcing processes.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  Ability to handle complex client portfolios and drive new partnerships.
