Junior Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in journal entry verification and ensure accurate financial transactions.

2. Support inventory management activities, including stock reconciliation and reporting.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, vouchers, and expenses.

4. Reconcile bank statements and manage bank-related activities.

5. Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

2. 2-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial concepts.

4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and basic accounting software.
