Tutor - Maths and Science (Foundation)

Role & responsibilities

• The role will be to teach subjects Maths, and Science in offline classes (On Dashboard) in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding.
• Class that need to be covered will be VI to X (Foundation Classes)
• Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students.
• Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject.
• Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques.
• Work on solving doubts.
• Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.
• Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements.
• Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes.
• Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.
• Produce answers that are 100% accurate

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc / M,Sc with B Ed for any Reputed college or University.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior teaching experience on Foundation class
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to work closely with teams and internal stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented attitude
• Very strong academic record
• Ready to Relocate to Manesar (Haryana)
