Position Details

• Role: Tutor-Trainee
• CTC: ₹8 LPA
• Joining Date: 1st Week of Feb
• Qualification: MTech (all branches)/ MSc (Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology)/P.hD
• Experience: Fresher/Experienced both can apply.
• Training: 3 months (starting Feb 2025) with a stipend of ₹35,000 per month
• Location: Training in Noida, followed by relocation to Pan-India locations

Responsibility

• The role will be to teach students aspiring for IIT/NEET the subjects Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology online in front of a camera in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding
• Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students
• Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject.
• Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques
• Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality
• Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for students' live questions
• Expert level proficiency for JEE main and NEET examination
• Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.
• Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements.
• Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes.
• Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.
• Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation.
• Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.
• Produce answers that are 100% accurate

Recruitment Process

1. CV Shortlisting: Initial screening of candidate profiles. Candidates must specify their subject preference for better role alignment.
2. Subject-Related Test: Candidates will undertake a written test to evaluate their subject knowledge and analytical skills.
3. Panel Interview: Shortlisted candidates will face a panel interview with subject matter experts.
4. Final Interview: Candidates who clear the panel interview will have a final interview with the Director at our Noida office.
5. Offer Letter: Selected candidates will receive the official offer letter.
