Reality Check : All the good comments here about the company were done my their marketing team. Content Team : If you are planning to join this organisation as a faculty or lecturer..Please DON'T The academic head has literally no managerial skills, no vision and clarity of what tasks he has to give to the members of the team. He just cares about his job. He never supports any team member,but will be the first one to blame.Leave about being a leader, he is not even a good boss. He will never reply to your mails (any mail).He is not going to speak in your favour in front of director because he can only nod his head. He doesn't even know how many members are there in his team. You will never learn anything here. Culture of this company is very bad which can be understood by checking the employee retention rate ( less than 20% )....Read More

Overall feedback - The company has absolutely no product and project vision. The head of the company not being from the same background lacks an understanding of the ground reality and tends to handle situations like a factory line manager, which can be frustrating for those who suggest good ideas. Unfortunately, those who do suggest good ideas are either fired or forced to resign due to intense pressure. Those who remain tend to keep quiet and nod their heads in agreement. -------- If you are interested in a role in the content team, please be aware that you have no growth until the current content head is replaced. It seems that he tends to take credit for the team's ideas and present them as his own. There is no support or leadership from him, and he rarely talks to the team. This can result in a lack of bonding with the team. If he does reach out, it is likely to criticize you or give you a hard time. He won't take any stand for the team like any good leader would do. If you are looking to speak to him about your growth in some other vertical or the same project, it may not be worth it. It seems that the wrong people are often promoted, and those who genuinely work hard are given more menial tasks. Management may be incapable of assigning tasks to the team due to a lack of clear vision for the product. Almost every week, the company changes its priorities abruptly, requiring the entire team to work on a new project, even if it is not part of their job description. For example, content people may end up doing marketing or sales tasks. -------- Facilities - Quite poor. The washrooms are smelly, and there is always a shortage of tissues or liquid soap. The workstations have old and damaged chairs and furniture. The vending machines for tea and coffee may be average at best. Additionally, employees may not be permitted to leave the office premises even for tea without permission, which can make it feel like a prison for adults. --------- On a positive note, it seems that salary has never been delayed and is always on time.
