Strategic HR Leadership:
- Trusted advisor across multiple levels of the organization, a leader aligning HR strategy with business goals and identifying key trends.
- Develop and implement global HR frameworks tailored to the needs of US and Indian operations.
- Scale and evolve the HR function to support organizational growth.
Cross-Regional HR Management:
- Oversee HR operations in both regions, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks and fostering cultural integration.
- Provide expert guidance on complex HR issues, including employee relations, workplace compliance, and terminations.
- Drive recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
HR Automation & System Management:
- Optimize HR processes using HRIS and ATS systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Train teams to maximize the benefits of HR technology for processes like onboarding, recruitment, and performance management.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Lead regional recruitment efforts, creating a strong talent pipeline.
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to nurture employee growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage U.S. benefits and compliance programs, including vendor negotiations and claims management.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure payroll and benefits align with organizational goals.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Design and implement engagement programs that reflect the needs of diverse teams.
- Address sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism to maintain a positive work environment.
Training & Continuous Learning:
- Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Promote a culture of learning by implementing robust development frameworks.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements across U.S. and Indian jurisdictions, including EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reporting.
- Maintain consistency and fairness in policy enforcement and monitoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience & Skills:
- Demonstrated success in global HR leadership, including scaling and managing HR teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. compliance, benefits, and risk management.
- Expertise in HR automation and process optimization.
- Proficient in managing complex recruitment processes and terminations.
- Skilled at integrating HR with financial operations to drive efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 12-15 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in cross-regional roles in the USA and India.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and experience in multinational environments.
