Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. This role focuses on administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring operational efficiency while working closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle communications for the Managing Director.
Draft and edit documents such as emails, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely task completion.
Arrange travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
Handle personal tasks for the Managing Director, including event planning and vendor coordination.
Act as a liaison between the MD, staff, and clients, ensuring follow-ups and clear communication.
Track deadlines and prepare meeting agendas with follow-ups.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; tech-savvy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently.
Education: Bachelors (Preferred)
