Job Description
- We are looking for a seasoned executive to help us setup and lead a new BPO operations centre in India
- The center would be part of a larger global organization, proficient in providing both voice and non-voice functions
- The person would be in charge of building the operations from the ground up and handle all aspects of BPO operations ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic growth
- This role would primarily entail setting and managing daily operations, building and mentoring teams, aligning processes with global business objectives and strategic initiative, handling budget and financial prudence and ensuring security and compliances adherences
