Job Description
- Works with experts in different fields to develop investigator grant budget grids for assigned studies in applicable countries.
- Drafts applicable payment terms and condition templates for investigator grant budget grids.
- Coordinates internal and external approvals and feedback to investigator grant budget grids and payment schedules.
- Provides support for blocking issues with external clients regarding investigator budget development, processes, and negotiation parameters.
- Delivers approved investigator grant grids and payment schedules, along with process and negotiation parameters, to local teams.
- Works with internal departments to align site startup activities with investigator grant activities and agreed-upon timelines. Ensures alignment of investigator budget negotiation processes for sites and study activation on a critical path.
- Adheres strictly to PPD s target cycle times for site activations.
- Completes comprehensive tracking and reporting as required to ensure transparency and efficiency.
