As part of the APAC procurement organization, you will take ownership of category management for level 2/3 categories across multiple site locations, divisions, and groups. Your role will involve developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating agreements, and fostering strategic supplier relationships. By successfully implementing these strategies, you will contribute to year over year savings and drive continuous improvement.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience. A Masters degree is a plus. Moreover, a minimum of 7 years of procurement/sourcing experience in a large matrixed company environment, with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing EMS suppliers, is required. Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation abilities are crucial, along with a solid understanding of strategic sourcing and category management processes.
