Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations, including HVAC systems (chillers), boilers, cooling towers, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventative maintenance, and utility operation.
  
• Oversee plant operations to ensure smooth functioning of all facilities within the hospital premises.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacement as needed.
  
• Supervise junior staff members to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
