We have an opening in Senior Officer- Engineering(Electrical) in our API Site at Ambernath, Maharashtra Location.

Experience - 4 to 8 yrs

Qualification - B.Tech/B.E

Candidate having good experience in API Site

Job Description

• Supervise  day-to-day activities on various jobs.
• Supervise   preventive / breakdown maintenance.
• Record  utility consumption.  
• Ensure utilities are operated effectively & efficiently and  consumption of the plant is under desired limit.
• Suggest any  change, modification, renovation required for cost saving, increase in productivity, beneficial to production, easy maintenance &  executions of the activities with communication of Head Engineering.
• Maintain the electrical system in good and operative condition
• Equipment  Qualification Documents
• Area  Qualification Documents   
• SOPs & Master List of SOP.     
• List & Master List of Lists.   
• Training Documents.  
• SAP preventive maintenance, Breakdown & modification orders.
• Preventive Maintenance records
• Annual Equipment Performance Qualification reports
• Calibration Plan & record
• Change control
• Follow up  for procuring the material & delivery of material with vendors.        
• Make monthly reports of stock statement and maintain minimum stock  level, status of expenditure & revenue budget status.                   
• Revenue budget to updating with the help of account department.        
• Follow all  the safety guidelines & good engineering practices, while working on the shop floor.        
• Material issue and receipt by  SAP S/4 HANA system.        
• Follow up for procuring the material & delivery of material with vendors.        
• Make  monthly reports of stock statement and maintain minimum stock level, status of expenditure & revenue budget status.                   
• Follow all the safety guidelines & good engineering practices, while working on the shop.
