Controls & Instrumentation Engineer - Utilities - Goa & Indore

Role & responsibilities :

• Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Instrument calibration of Field instruments (Flow meter, control valves, RTD, Thermocouple, Transmitter, Ultrasonic sensors, Level controller, PH sensor, Resistivity/Conductivity sensor, chemical & Gas sensor etc.)
• Hands on experience of SCADA, DCS, PLC system (Air compressor, BMS-HVAC, chiller, VAM, RO & DI Plant, ETP, Scrubber, Fire alarm system etc.).
• Familiar with Siemens PCS7 environment, Simatic manager /WinCC tools.
• PLC Programing & Trouble shooting-Siemens S7-300 /400, GE, Schneider, Mitsubishi. Expertise in Siemens PLC and, Sinamics VFD programming and troubleshooting of VFDS ABB, danfoss ,Siemens ,Emersion & Armstrong
• Capable to develop PLC ladder logic for small machine process modification /interlocks as and when required.
• Familiar with Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, BacNet & TCP/IP protocols.
• Familiar with Networking switches, Routers, and fault diagnostics with resolution.
• Exposure in Erection, Testing & Commissioning in automation
• Familiar with P&ID, Hook-up diagrams.
• Hands on experience with VFDs and its parametrization.
• Identifying and ensuring early resolution of critical issues
• Capable of preparing MIS and shift Reports.
• Should have sound Knowledge in ISO documentation and audits.
