d) Job Profile
a) Key Objectives
Scouting for potential customers and pitching Thermax green hydrogen solutions.
Managing existing leads and enquiries and developing cases from marketing to buying platform.
Networking and building relationships with RE players, developers for joint bidding opportunities.
Participation in industry events and representing Thermax and various regulatory forums.
b) Major Deliverables
Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivering on order booking targets.
Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Tracking market development and gathering competition intelligence.
Working closely with proposal and engineering teams to deliver budgetary. and firm proposals to customers within prescribed timelines.
Skills:
Ability to communicate with client/stakeholders effectively.
Preference for experience within industrial products, EPC, BOO sales.

Business Development Group Head of Hydrogen Business.

a) Critical Competencies and Essential Attributes
Superior BD skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Contracting and negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen.
Passion to network and build relations with customer.
b) Total desirable Years of Experience
8 to 12 years of total experience in engineering, EPC organizations renewable industry.
c) Minimum Years of Experience in relevant role
6 years
d) Qualifications
BE/ BTech in Engineering MBA/PGDM preferred.
e) Desired type of Experience
Following skills are preferred but not mandatory:
Hydrogen project sales (EPC/BOO) experience would be preferred.
Proven experience of lead generation order closure for large size EPC projects/ Engineered equipment s.
Experience of concept sale of new products/ life cycle cost-based selling.
Experience in successfully penetrating new markets.
Knowledge of Electrolysers / Hydrogen value chain
