Business Development Executive Job Brief:

- We are looking for a motivated business development executive to join our team. A resilient and empathetic candidate who will give their best to contribute to the company's growth is welcome.

- They will be responsible for finding new clients and retaining the existing ones.

- They will be required to increase staff capacity by sourcing ideal candidates. They will also need to offer training and mentorship to the employees. A business development executive will have to attend various networking events.

- We are looking for someone who can keep a close eye on different clients' feedback. Their responsibility will be to ensure that our products and services cross expectations.

- The selected candidate must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to handle business operations.

Responsibilities:

- Selling at all E commerce Marketplace Subscription e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho.

- Acquire and manage new client relationships.

- Responsible for developing relationships with the clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.

- Building a long-term sales strategy for customers to deliver annual sales and profitability targets

- Using networks and online research identify and qualify new sales leads.

- Follow up on any sales leads

- Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners.

- Become a product expert and be able to effectively present the company's items to current and new customers.

- Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Maintaining sales funnel so that the leads can be used as and when required for efficient working

- Should have knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point

- Pre & Post Sales Service
