Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team at one of the top schools in Bangalore. This role is field-based and involves proactive engagement with leads to drive B2B collaborations, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to meet potential partners, businesses, and corporate entities for collaboration opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to foster long-term partnerships.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve collaboration and partnership goals.

- Identify potential opportunities for corporate tie-ups and present tailored proposals.

- Represent the school professionally during all external engagements.

- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or B2B partnerships is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to travel locally and actively engage in fieldwork.
