Job Responsibilities:
- • To conduct a recipe audit at the central kitchen on a regular basis.
- • To do a store audit and inform the department on stock variance stock.
- • To check internal stock issues of materials with proper stock indent challan.
- • To monitor spoilages for the central kitchen and outlet.
- • To monitor outward and inward challan.
- • To monitor stock inventory at the central kitchen and outlet.
- • To monitor outlets return material.
- • To monitor complimentary reports.
- •To monitor discount bills.
