Role & responsibilities
1. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
3. Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
4. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
5. Monitor stock levels and timely update to reporting manager.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
7. Provide feedback and updates to manager on store performance.
8. Responsible for timely packing & dispatch material.
9. Coordination with supervisor for spare parts, tools, and other defective material on daily basis.
10. Daily follow-up with team for send - receive material on time.
11. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Any graduate, or a related field experience (preferred)
2. 24 years of experience in store and purchase.
3. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
