Thence - Product Consultant - Roadmap & Strategy (2-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

We're looking for a Product Consultant who will be responsible to build business cases and Proof-of-Concepts for the prospective clients and thereby demonstrate our value proposition. Also, identifying and defining product feature requirements and helping determine solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to achieve business strategy and goals
• Deliver Proof-of-Concepts by working with designers that wow prospects and lead to wins
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with prospects and document formal requirements in the form of Product Requirement Documents
• Work with Delivery teams to arrive at optimized effort estimates and ensure the proposed approach/solutions are fit for purpose, meet client needs, and operationally sustainable
• Come out with Intellectual Capital in the form of frameworks, methodologies, product analysis, industry reports
• Establish best practices of product management within the business function
• Provide key insights to Top Leadership for continuous improvement of the role and the function

• The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with :
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Management
• Above 3+ years of Product Management/Business Analysis
• Experience in a UX environment of a product firm and/or working in complex domains
