Visual Designer

As an Associate Visual Designer, your primary role will be to design and implement engaging adoption strategies for our data analytics solutions. You will be responsible for creating communication materials that drive user adoption and effectively communicate the value of our solutions to stakeholders. You will collaborate with delivery teams comprising of data scientists, data engineers and product engineers to build compelling user-centric solutions. You will mentor a team of graphic and product designers to excite, educate and empower clients through high quality collaterals.

Job Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product designers, customer success managers among others, to design innovative adoption solutions.
•Develop creative approaches to drive engagement and ensure end-user adoption for varied user groups.
•Show thought leadership by challenging decisions and exploring more effective ways to achieve the desired results
•Design visually appealing collaterals such as emailers, flyers, presentations, and infographics to support adoption strategies.
•Conceptualize and design user-centric communication materials to educate stakeholders about the idea/solution’s features and benefits.
•Develop visually consistent templates for internal and external use (emails, newsletters, handouts, posters, etc.).
•Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain quality across deliverables.
•Maintain design consistency with the company’s or client’s brand guidelines and visual language while introducing innovative approaches to visual storytelling.
•Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring stakeholders and clients are kept informed of progress and next steps.
•Ensure efficiency and constant evolution of processes by optimizing design workflows, tool usage, and collaboration frameworks to enhance productivity and adapt to evolving project needs.
•Review, QC, and evaluate designs from other team members, ensuring they meet client standards and specifications before implementation.
•Document and maintain files for all creative assets and resources necessary for record-keeping and referencing.

Preferred Educational Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 2-4 years of professional experience as a visual designer or in a similar role.
•Motion graphics and video editing experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, along with Figma and Canva. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual design work, particularly related to marketing or adoption materials.
