We are looking for a Visual Designer to work with our Marketing team, who will work on marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate demand.
Must Have: 2-4 years of work experience in relevant fields (with start-ups preferably). Have experience working with B2B SaaS product-based companies. Demonstrable graphic/visual design and editing skills with a strong portfolio. Strong knowledge in Animation Principles, Story Boarding, Drawing, 2D Animation, Video Editing, Voice syncing. Experience in creating short clips, videos, and gifs using either of these tools (Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Adobe Animate, or any other video editing software) Proficiency with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Midjourney, etc.) Working knowledge of creating animatics and still frames using a storyboard. A keen eye for aesthetics and details and a passion for storytelling with motions. Have experience in creating concept-based illustrations. Understanding marketing, social media, website design, print design, advertisements, etc. Good knowledge of colour theory, fonts, layouts & composition.
Good to have: A Design Graduate (Preferably in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field) Have experience creating micro-animations and interactions in Lottiefiles and Figma. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Develop your own toolbox of processes and techniques to identify problems and generate creative solutions. Excellent communication skills. Experience working in a variety of organizations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy). Comfortable communicating cross-departmentally and taking constructive feedback.
What you will be working on:
Design storyboards and create animations based on scripts for videos. Ideate & design sales collaterals such as pitch decks, presentations, ebooks, etc. Deliver all the graphic requirements from the content team on time, such as blog banners & illustrations, social media, infographics, website banners, etc. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve the design of landing pages & website pages; Design new pages and update existing ones for marketing campaigns. Design brochures, banners & other collaterals for events & conferences. Working on brand guidelines for products developed by Infrrd.
