We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals with minimal HR experience who are eager to learn and grow within the field of Human Resources. The HRBP will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, providing valuable support to our business units.
Job Responsibilities
HRMS Management:
o Administer and maintain the HRMS system, ensuring accurate employee data, updates, and system functionality.
o Ensure data integrity and perform regular system audits to identify discrepancies and maintain consistency.
Database Management Audit:
o Maintain and update HR-related databases, ensuring records are accurate.
o Conduct periodic audits to ensure the accuracy of data entries.
o Support the preparation for internal and external audits related to HR operations.
Reporting Analytics:
o Generate and analyze HR-related reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, training, etc.) using data from HRMS and other internal systems.
o Assist in preparing regular and ad hoc reports for HR leadership, management, and other departments as required.
o Support the HR team in creating dashboards and visualizations for better data presentation.
HR Operations Projects:
o Provide administrative and project management support to ensure the successful execution of HR projects.
Travel Management:
o Coordinate and manage business travel arrangements for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
o Track and maintain travel expenses and budgets, ensuring timely reimbursement and reporting.
o Handle travel-related queries and resolve any issues during travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or administrative support (preferably within HR or a related department).
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in HRMS systems.
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
o Familiarity with database management and auditing processes.
Good communication skills

Please Note: We wish to hire a resource who will work in time zone aligned to US HR team which translates to 4PM - 1AM IST.
