Job Description
This role involves direct client interaction and completing project functions such as the following:
- Gather prospective clients requirements.
- Project Planning.
- As-Is Study.
- Business Process Analysis.
- Solution Design.
- Gap Analysis.
- Functional Design of customization & new developments.
- System Testing.
- Lead and manage the data collection.
- Data Analysis and Upload.
- User Training.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing.
- Documentation of Product/Solution.
- Cost benefits analysis/ROI analysis.
- Drive Project Review.
- Training other business analysts and other employees.
- Designing and developing MIS as per clients/product requirements.
- Prepare case study.
- Market Research for product and solutions.
- Preferred B.Tech with an MBA degree from premium institutes with a minimum of 2 years of handling a similar kind of profile.
- Preferred experience in the IT industry.
- Prior experience in ERP implementations in any of the domains like CRM, Finance, SCM, HCM, Manufacturing, EAM, Logistics will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and aptitude in analysis & consulting skills.
- Proactive individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay focused under pressure, think strategically, and implement aggressively.
- Engage with and build a strong network and relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- At ease liaising with a wide range of people.
- Result orientation with strong customer and process orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, in a complex, multicultural environment.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Assertive with strong negotiation skills.
- Flexible with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a matrix-oriented environment.
