Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of scaling brands and managing large budgets. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies, leading a team of 10+ individuals, and overseeing various channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, retention marketing, content marketing, and eCommerce marketplace marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

- Manage and optimize large budgets across multiple digital channels.

- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ marketing professionals.

- Oversee paid marketing on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google.

- Drive retention marketing strategies to improve customer loyalty and lifetime value.

- Collaborate with content marketing teams to create engaging, relevant, and SEO-optimized content.

- Lead eCommerce marketplace marketing strategies to drive performance on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

- Analyze data and performance metrics to continuously optimize and scale campaigns.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on scaling D2C brands.

- Proven experience in managing large marketing budgets.

- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retention marketing strategies.

- Experience in content marketing and eCommerce marketplace marketing.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Proven leadership experience with a team of 10+ individuals.
