Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize large-scale paid marketing campaigns with a budget of - 20 crores or more annually.

- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through Meta and Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.

- Scale D2C marketing efforts and develop strategies for sustained business growth.

- Lead retention marketing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.

- Oversee and mentor a high-performing marketing team to deliver on business goals.

- Use data-driven insights to fine-tune campaigns and deliver effective results.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in a D2C environment.

- Proven track record of managing large budgets (- 20 crores+) in digital advertising.

- Expertise in Meta and Google Ads platforms.

- Strong understanding of retention marketing strategies.
