We are urgently looking for Social Media Manager for EduVib brand of Talent Zone Academy situated in Noida Sector -62. Please go through the JD & Essential skills we are looking in the required candidate:

Job Title Social Media Manager

Educational Qualification: Masters degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in education counselling, preferably in an international context.

Job Location: Sector 62, Noida.

Office Timings: 10:30am 7:00pm

Job Description:

Analyse customer expectations according to past social media activity

Perform research on current benchmark trends & audience preferences

Experience of handling social media handles like Instagram and LinkedIn etc.

Develop social media campaigns to align with business goals

Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns

Update social media content across all channels

Engage & communicate with customers and followers, respond to queries in a timely manner & monitor customer review.

Should have knowledge of social media marketing tools

Collaborate with other teams like marketing, sales & customer service to ensure brand consistency.

Monitor campaigns and analyse data obtained

Track SEO and web traffic metrics

Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network

Develop content in the form of image, text, graphics & videos.

Keep an eye on social media trends

Essential skills required

Experience as a social media manager or a similar role

Experience in creating social media strategies & crafting engaging content

Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Hands on experience in content management

Excellent copywriting skills

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

Knowledge of online marketing channels
